I've been an "Iron Triber" since September 2018 and absolutely love it. I initially signed up because I need to lose a bunch of weight. I saw an ad on Facebook about a six week challenge and took the plunge. I was really nervous because my experience with gyms and workout "classes" has been iffy at best. I'm usually the most out of shape person and feel like I can't keep up or that everyone is judging me. At Tribe, none of this is true! The team helps to meet you where you are. If you can't do certain exercises, they help think of modifiers so you're still getting a workout. If you can't finish an exercise, nobody judges you! There are people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels. Everyone is friendly too!
I started with the six week program that included nutrition help and body scans to check progress. They really cheer you on as you make progress, and help you get back on the wagon if you fall off or have questions. All-in-all, my experience has been great and I would highly recommend to anyone who has tried everything and nothing has worked. Because of Iron Tribe, I actually love working out and going to the gym!
